Odmah ono najva\u017enije: prema dostupnim informacijama, podaci o Va\u0161im platnim karticama nisu zahva\u0107eni.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u0160to se dogodilo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Tre\u0107a je osoba neovla\u0161teno pristupila dijelu sustava za upravljanje rezervacijama. Prema dosada\u0161njim saznanjima zahva\u0107eni su mogli biti podaci povezani s Va\u0161om rezervacijom: ime i prezime, e-mail adresa, adresa te podaci o rezervaciji, primjerice broj rezervacije, datumi boravka i naziv objekta.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sama baza podataka prema dosada\u0161njim nalazima nije kompromitirana, a sustav je siguran za daljnje kori\u0161tenje. Va\u0161a rezervacija ostaje valjana i ne trebate ni\u0161ta mijenjati u vezi s njom.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u0160to to zna\u010di za Vas<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Budu\u0107i da su ti podaci mogli do\u0107i do tre\u0107e osobe, postoji rizik da Vas netko poku\u0161a kontaktirati la\u017eno se predstavljaju\u0107i kao Hotel Lero ili kao na\u0161 partner. Takvi su poku\u0161aji ve\u0107 zabilje\u017eeni. Cilj im je navesti Vas da odobrite pla\u0107anje ili prenesete novac, ili do\u0107i do podataka o Va\u0161oj platnoj kartici.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kako prepoznati prijevaru<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Takve poruke sti\u017eu e-mailom, putem WhatsAppa ili sli\u010dnih kanala. Da bi djelovale uvjerljivo, \u010desto navode Va\u0161e stvarne podatke o rezervaciji, primjerice Va\u0161e ime, broj rezervacije ili datume boravka. \u010cesto prijete da \u0107e Vam rezervacija biti otkazana u kratkom roku ako odmah ne platite ili ne potvrdite podatke, i upu\u0107uju Vas na poveznicu na kojoj trebate unijeti podatke o kartici.<\/span><\/p>\n

To nije na\u0161 na\u010din komunikacije.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u0160to Vas molimo da napravite<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Ne otvarajte poveznice iz takvih poruka.<\/span>
– Ne unosite podatke o kartici i ne izvr\u0161avajte pla\u0107anja na temelju takve poruke.<\/span>
– Ne odgovarajte na poruku i nikome ne dijelite svoje osobne podatke.<\/span>
– Ako niste sigurni je li poruka prava, ne koristite kontakt iz te poruke. Javite nam se izravno putem slu\u017ebenih kontakt podataka Hotela Lero ili putem podataka iz Va\u0161e originalne potvrde rezervacije i rado \u0107emo provjeriti.<\/span><\/p>\n

Napominjemo i da Hotel Lero nikada ne tra\u017ei pla\u0107anje ni potvrdu podataka o kartici putem poveznice u poruci.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u010cim smo saznali za povredu, u suradnji s pru\u017eateljem rezervacijskog sustava odmah je ograni\u010den neovla\u0161teni pristup i sustav dodatno osiguran. Anga\u017eirani su vanjski stru\u010dnjaci za kiberneti\u010dku sigurnost koji utvr\u0111uju okolnosti i opseg povrede, a uvode se i dodatne mjere za\u0161tite kako bi se sprije\u010dilo ponavljanje. Pratimo i opisane poku\u0161aje prijevare te \u0107emo Vas o va\u017enim novostima pravovremeno obavijestiti.<\/span><\/p>\n
